Self Parking

Self parking may be accessed from either Fairfax Ave or The Grove Drive. No validations accepted for valet parking.

To make your parking experience more efficient, we have installed digital signs on each level to indicate exactly how many parking spaces are available.

Self Parking Rates

  • The first hour is free
  • 2nd-3rd hour = $3
  • $1 per every 20 minutes thereafter
  • Daily Maximum = $22, reached when length of stay is 7 hours (420 minutes) or longer

There is no need to validate for the above rate. A 2 hour validation is still available from the stores listed below. This entitles you to 2 hours of free parking only.

To help expedite your exit, please pay for parking at the Parking Services cashier booth, located behind Concierge Services on the ground level of the parking structure.

For your convenience, parking cashiers accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express).

Valet Parking

The Grove has two signature valet areas conveniently located near each of the main entrances to our parking structure.

  • Central Valet is accessible from the Fairfax Avenue entrance. Red carpeting and chandeliers await your arrival. Then, rest your feet in our first class lounge, but only for a brief moment, while waiting for your vehicle.
  • Valet Circle is accessible from The Grove Drive. Cobblestones and a beautiful magnolia grace the entrance while our attentive staff is waiting to assist you.

Spoil yourself by allowing our Doorman to assist you with packages, strollers, directions and with the help of our Concierge, reservations at one of our unique restaurants.

Valet Parking Rates

  • $8 for the first 2 hours
  • $2 every 30 minutes thereafer
  • $20 maximum
